Women, Infants & Children Program (WIC)

WIC is a program for low-income women, women who are pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, infants, and children under age 5. WIC provides nutritious food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and health service referrals. With WIC benefits you get coupons for things like milk, cheese and eggs, bread, cereal, juice, peanut butter, fruits and vegetables, infant food, and much more.[1501]
