What are the conditions of mandatory supervision?

State law requires Mandatory Supervision to be supervised by a county probation officer with the same “terms, conditions, and procedures that apply to people on probation (such as submitting to drug testing).”[814]

Generally speaking, Probation Officers use routine office appointments, employment services and treatment program partnerships to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of probation.

Can I earn good time credits on mandatory supervision?

No. There are no good time credits for the supervision portion of Mandatory Supervision.[815]
