How can SENATE bILL 394 (SB 394) help me?

SB 394 makes parole a possibility for many individuals who previously had no hope for release. If you are eligible under SB 394, your hearing will automatically be scheduled. The hearing process will be similar to that of SB 260 and 261 hearings. For more information, see Appendix MM.
