I am undocumented but my children are here legally. Can I apply for healthcare on their behalf?
Yes. Even if your immigration status disqualifies you from Covered California, you can apply on behalf of your children if they are U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens.[3487] You do not have to disclose your immigration status when applying on behalf of another person.[3488]
