Who can get a Governor’s pardon?

Anyone who has been convicted of a felony OR certain misdemeanor sex offenses is eligible for a pardon.[3174] Your conviction must be from California—you cannot get a Governor’s pardon for a conviction from another state, or for a federal conviction.[3175]
